La Roca Guest House

I had a wonderful stay. The place looks much better than in the pictures. It was spotlessly clean. Every detail was perfect. The hosts were excellent and went out of their way to make you feel welcome. It is a quiet and relaxing environment. The property is well laid out, and I always felt safe. The breakfasts for a guesthouse were as good as they could be, and they always tried their best to accommodate your requests. I would recommend it to anyone and would also use their facilities again.

The hostesses were awesome, they were helpful and did their best to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was 5 stars, they remembered my vegetarian option and catered for me. We had a very large breakfast spread. My allocated room was private and overlooked the nature reserve. Beautiful view.

It was the perfect way to start the day! The gardens surrounding the guesthouse are a serene oasis, beautifully maintained and perfect for a leisurely stroll or relaxing with a book. We loved the tranquility they provided. What truly set La Roca apart, though, was the exceptional hospitality. The owners and staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, providing storage for our bags while we explored Eswatini, which made our travels so much easier. Their helpful advice and local insights were invaluable, ensuring we made the most of our time in the area. I can't recommend La Roca Guesthouse enough! If you're looking for a luxurious and welcoming retreat, this is the place to be. We can't wait to return!

We traveled to Mbombela for our kids kickboxing tournament. Our stay at La Roca was excellent, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The photos don't do this beautiful property justice. The staff were so helpful and friendly, we only had the best service from the moment we entered the property. Rooms were clean, well laid out and scenery was beautiful. Breakfast is made by the owners, you won't find a better breakfast in any restaurant. Thank you very much to LA Roca for a fantastic weekend, we'll definitely be back again.

When we first arrived, we were welcomed by such friendly staff. The property was beautiful, the attention to detail was very evident as we walked through the property from the reception area to our rooms. The rooms were immaculate and the decor was so beautiful. We ate a delicious breakfast, which was so delicious and the owners are so welcoming.
